Favourite track: 'There Is A Light That Never Goes Out'

The condition of my copy of TQID shows that it has been played with so much love over 30 years, truly my favourite of all the Smiths albums.
The poetry of "I know its over" is such a masterpiece of Morrissey's lyrics of a love lost.
"Bigmouth" I love because of Johnny's poppy hook, and jangly guitar.

"There is a light that never goes out" will always have a place in my heart as I had this played at my husband's funeral. He introduced me to the Smiths when we met, hence my tattoo of the lyrics on my arm.

Who else could come up with songs like "TQID" and" Vicar in a tutu" but Morrissey and Marr, pure genius work.

I have so many Happy memories and emotions related to this album, thanks to the Smiths.
