Favourite track: 'I Know It's Over'

The Queen Is Dead is really important to me because it's the album that first made me fall in love with The Smiths when I was around 14. Every song is completely different and it's a fantastic showcase of how versatile The Smiths really were. Most importantly, 30 years on, every song still sounds as relevant and exciting as the day they were recorded. I haver listened to The Queen Is Dead on pretty heavy rotation for about 13 years now and I'll never get tired of it.
